Carson Seymour is in the Index ungraded — same as every arm, since the stuff model isn't outcome-validated. No board flag for a 6-foot-5, 264-pound right-hander from Poway, California, who debuted in June 2025 and has thrown 31.2 innings with 23 strikeouts for San Francisco this year. The ERA-FIP luck gap cleared the bar, so a regression call is filed by hand. A sixth-round pick in 2021, Seymour is 27 and in his first full stretch. The science sets the timeline.
