What this site is

Future Value Radar (“FVR,” “we”) publishes baseball analytics and commentary: signals computed from public play-by-play data, timestamped predictions (“calls”), and editorial writing about players. It is a publication, not a service, a brokerage, or an advisor. By using the site you accept these terms.

Not financial advice

Nothing here is investment, financial, or purchasing advice. Sports cards and collectibles are speculative and can lose value. Our calls are falsifiable claims about baseball performance — not recommendations to buy or sell anything. We publish our misses alongside our hits, and we take positions in players or collectibles only after publication, never before.

Our content

The writing, call cards, boards, and data presentations on this site belong to FVR. You are welcome — encouraged — to quote or screenshot them with credit and a link. The ledger is public on purpose: cite it freely.

Third-party content

Statistics are computed from publicly available MLB data. FVR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, any of its clubs, or any player. Player names are used in an editorial context. Player photographs, where shown, are used under their stated licenses (for example Creative Commons) with the credit displayed beside them; the photographers are not affiliated with FVR.

Reader submissions

If you send us content — photographs, corrections, tips — you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you grant FVR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display it on the site with credit to you. We curate at our discretion; sending something does not obligate us to publish it, and you can ask us to take your contribution down at any time by emailing us.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the data accurate and the pipeline honest — the methodology is public and every call is auditable — but we make no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the site. Where a computed stat and an official source disagree, the official source wins.
