A 26-year-old out of Yaguajay, Cuba, Aleman debuted this May and has thrown 22.1 MLB innings across 21 appearances with a 4.43 ERA and 28 strikeouts. He's in the Index ungraded because our stuff model isn't outcome-validated yet — no big-league arm gets a board flag from it. The ERA-FIP luck gap did clear the bar, though, and that's where arm regression calls get filed by hand. A tenth-rounder from 2021 whose page exists because the arm matters; the grade waits on the science.
