Jacob Latz is 30 years old, from Lemont, Illinois, a fifth-round pick in 2017 who didn't debut until 2021 — and right now he's running a 1.83 ERA across 54 innings for Texas. The ERA-FIP luck gap cleared our bar, so we've filed an arm regression call by hand. But the board itself stays ungraded: our stuff model is stability-tested, not outcome-validated, and that holds even for a season this good. Fifty-six strikeouts in 43 games tell you the arm plays.
