Portland's own first-rounder from 2020 — Mick Abel has the frame at 6' 5", and four appearances into his Twins tenure he carries a 3.98 ERA across 20.1 innings. The board grade is held back on purpose: our stuff model is stability-tested but not outcome-validated, so no big-league arm gets flagged off it. What did clear the bar is the ERA-FIP luck gap — we file arm regression calls by hand from it, and his is on the desk.
