A first-round pick out of Nokomis in 2020, Detmers has 211 MLB strikeouts and a 3.36 ERA across 185 innings this season, and the board leaves him ungraded by design. Our stuff model isn't outcome-validated yet, so no arm gets flagged from it — not even a 4.9-WAR lefty. The ERA-FIP luck gap did trip our threshold for a hand-filed regression call, which is where the real work sits. He's pitched enough to matter; the grade waits for the science to earn it.
