Bradley was a fifth-round pick out of Los Angeles in 2018, reached the majors at 23, and at 25 has 178 strikeouts across 154.1 MLB innings for Minnesota — eighth in the sport. The Index carries him ungraded on purpose: our stuff model is stability-tested but not outcome-validated, so no arm earns a board flag from it, not even a 2.3-WAR season. The ERA-FIP luck gap did clear the bar, and we file those regression calls by hand rather than trust the model before the science is done.
