Justin Foscue's two-run homer in the first left the bat at 106.5 mph and traveled 417 feet, and it was the first swing of a long night for Cleveland pitching. Jacob deGrom went six innings, gave up three hits, struck out six on 87 pitches — 58 for strikes — and the Guardians never solved him. Joey Cantillo gave up seven earned runs over five innings, and by the time Wyatt Langford's 111.3 mph home run landed in the fourth the margin was the only question left. Michael Helman added his first of the year in the sixth.
