Suárez's two-run homer in the third — 111.3 mph off the bat, 433 feet — gave Cincinnati its only lead of the night. Boyd went 6.1 innings, allowed four earned, and struck out three. Andrew Abbott lasted four innings for Cincinnati and left with four earned on his line, and the bullpen gave up four more.
