Nick Lodolo threw 98 pitches over six innings, walked nobody, and allowed one run. Spencer Steer drove in three, a forceout in the second and a two-run single in the fourth, and Tyler Stephenson's two-run homer came right after. The Mets collected nine hits and left eight on base. Three New York relievers covered the last five-plus innings and allowed one hit, but the game was gone by then.
