Angel Martínez put Cleveland ahead with a first-inning home run, and the Guardians led exactly one more half-inning. Jazz Chisholm's triple in the second — his second of the year, 107.4 mph off the bat, 356 feet to right — scored two and flipped the game, and Carlos Rodón gave up three earned in six innings with seven strikeouts to make it hold. Anthony Volpe's RBI double and Paul Goldschmidt's run-scoring single in the sixth built the margin that stayed.
