Samuel Basallo turned around a 100.4 mph fastball at 3-2 for a three-run homer in the first, and the ball traveled to right center without stopping. Hunter Greene struck out seven in 3.1 innings but walked four and gave up eight earned runs, and that line is the game. Baltimore scored five in the fourth, the last four on Adley Rutschman's double and Pete Alonso's single. Elly De La Cruz tripled for the first time this year, a ball off an 82.7 mph splitter, and it was not enough. Cincinnati left nine on base and put eleven hits on the card, and still finished three runs short.

◆ diamond fills = run scored
⚫ the out it made (1, 2, or 3), in that runner’s box
2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him

PH · PR · → a substitute badged by his name — pinch hitter, pinch runner, or defensive sub
A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
