The lead changed three times, and each time the club that took it gave it back in the same inning. Brayan Rocchio homered for two in the fourth and laid down a sac bunt in the seventh that scored a run when Taylor Rogers mishandled it. Erik Sabrowski threw 14 pitches in the seventh, walked three, and recorded no outs. By the eighth, both bullpens were spent. Matt Festa gave up three hits and the deciding run across two-thirds of an inning. Cleveland left ten on, Minnesota left twelve. Yoendrys Gómez worked a clean ninth. Both clubs scored in the fourth and again in the seventh, and the game was not decided until the ninth.

The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
