Goodman hit his 28th in the first, his 29th in the sixth, and his 30th in the eighth — three home runs, five RBIs, and the hardest contact of the night at 108.1 mph off the bat. The Rockies kept coming, scoring in five different innings and never getting closer than three. Nathaniel Lowe's three-run shot in the first and Sal Stewart's three-run blast in the second built the lead, and Hunter Greene gave Cincinnati six innings of three-run ball to protect it. Ryan Feltner did not get out of the third.
