The first Caglianone home run left at 111.9 mph and traveled 448 feet to center — a sinker at 94.2 in the first inning. The second left at 111.0 and went 420, also to center, also with a man on. Clay Holmes gave up six hits and four earned runs in four innings, walked two, and struck out one. Seth Lugo went six, gave up five hits, struck out five, and the only real damage was Carson Kelly's two-run double in the fourth on a 93.5 mph fastball — Kelly took third on a throwing error by Bobby Witt Jr. Ian Happ homered to right center in the sixth to cut the lead to 4-3, and then Caglianone hit his second.
