Locklear was a 2nd-round pick in 2022 out of Baltimore, and at 25 he's split this year between Triple-A and the Diamondbacks, hitting .278 in 15 big-league games. The engine tracks him at an EV95 of 108.2 — 88th percentile of the 439 qualified Triple-A bats we measure, three full ticks above the 105.0 median.
