Christian Walker's first-inning home run left the bat at 111.1 mph and traveled 391 feet, and it came on the first pitch he saw — a 95.4 mph four-seam fastball he did not miss. Isaac Paredes added his first homer of the season in the fourth, and Carlos Correa followed with a two-run single that made it 7-2. Cleveland had eight hits and drew four walks and scored twice. They left twelve men on base and committed two errors, and by the time Slade Cecconi left after five innings he had given up ten hits and seven runs.
