Mike Trout's home run left the bat at 108.9 mph and traveled 411 feet to center, and that was the first inning. Nathan Eovaldi gave Texas seven innings with six strikeouts and still took the loss, because Cole Winn gave up two runs on two hits in a third of an inning. The Rangers put eight hits together and left 11 on base, and Oswald Peraza's two-run single in the eighth made the margin larger than Texas's total runs.
