Byron Buxton's 17th home run of the year left the bat at 106.3 mph in the first inning, a line drive to center, and it was the last thing that went right for Minnesota. David Sandlin gave the White Sox six innings of one-hit ball — the lone hit Buxton's homer — and struck out four without walking a batter. Connor Prielipp took the loss with six earned in 4.1 innings, and Travis Adams followed by allowing five runs in a single inning on 33 pitches. Sam Antonacci drove in three from the bottom of the order, and Colson Montgomery's 110 mph single in the third was the kind of contact that kept coming all night.

◆ diamond fills = run scored
⚫ the out it made (1, 2, or 3), in that runner’s box
2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him
one dot per run driven in (RBI)
PH · PR · → a substitute badged by his name — pinch hitter, pinch runner, or defensive sub
A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
