Crow-Armstrong and Busch homered in the first to put the Cubs ahead, but the White Sox erased it across the next three innings — Romo's RBI single, Murakami's homer at 111.1 mph, and Peters's double that gave the White Sox the lead. Bregman's RBI single in the seventh tied it. His single in the ninth ended it. Fedde threw 4.2 scoreless in relief for the White Sox and took nothing from it but a no-decision.
