Five innings from Leahy — three singles, six strikeouts, no walks, 57 strikes on 90 pitches. Winn's fifth-inning homer, 105.6 mph off the bat, was the first run. Fermín doubled home another in the seventh, and Báez's sacrifice fly in the eighth closed the scoring. Abbott gave up two earned over 6.1 innings and took the loss despite matching Leahy through four, and four St. Louis relievers covered the last four innings without allowing a hit.
