Jo Adell's 450-foot home run in the fourth — his 20th of the year — came with two on and turned a 1-0 deficit into a 3-1 lead. Troy Johnston's double had put Colorado ahead earlier in the same inning, and Mickey Moniak's 21st in the fifth cut the margin to one. Connor Norby went deep off Cade Smith in the ninth to make it 4-3, but Tanner Bibee's six innings of two-run ball had built enough.
