Scout’s note

No board grade, on purpose. Schlittler's stuff model is stability-tested but not outcome-validated, so the Index carries him ungraded — even at 5.0 WAR, even with a 2.16 ERA that ranks second and 193 strikeouts that rank sixth. A seventh-round pick out of Weymouth, Massachusetts, in 2022, he debuted this July and has 277 career strikeouts in 41 games. The ERA-FIP luck gap did clear the bar for a regression call, filed by hand. He is 25, and the arm is real. The grade waits.
