Walbert Ureña threw 48 pitches in the sixth — four hits, six runs, none earned, two walks, one strikeout — and Joey Lucchesi gave up two more before the inning ended. Carlos Correa drove in runs with singles in the fifth and the sixth, Yainer Diaz's single brought home two, and Logan O'Hoppe's throwing error at catcher let runners cross who should not have. Reid Detmers struck out nine for Los Angeles in four and two-thirds but gave up three. Cristian Javier gave up six in four and two-thirds for Houston and did not get the decision. Kai-Wei Teng got the win with two and a third innings of one-hit relief.
