Oneil Cruz added a two-run homer in the sixth, his fourth of the year, and by then the only question was the margin. Braxton Ashcraft went six innings for Pittsburgh, allowed one run on four hits, and struck out eight on 87 pitches. Cade Povich cleaned up the last 5.2 innings for Baltimore and still gave up two. The Orioles had eight hits and scored twice, and they were never within four runs after the second.
