Steven Kwan's first home run of the season — a solo shot in the third on a 92.3 mph fastball — was the only damage Cleveland did against Michael Wacha. Wacha threw 102 pitches in seven innings, allowed three hits, walked three, and struck out three. Carter Jensen tied it in the sixth with a line-drive homer at 111.2 mph. Jonathan India broke it open two innings later with a two-run shot to left-center on an 80.7 mph changeup, his second of the year. India had already driven in the first run on a fourth-inning single. Tanner Bibee took the loss: 4.2 innings, 87 pitches, one earned run. Brayan Rocchio's first homer of the year made it 4-2 in the eighth. Bobby Witt Jr. hit the hardest ball of the night, 115.6 mph off the bat. It was a single that did not score a run.
