Christian Walker's third homer put Houston up 1-0 in the second, and Willi Castro's RBI single later that inning tied it. Castro's first home run of the season — 436 feet to right center on an 88.7 mph slider — gave Colorado the lead in the fourth and scored TJ Rumfield. Kyle Freeland allowed three hits and one run in 6.1 innings, and Antonio Senzatela covered the last 2.2 without allowing a baserunner, striking out three on 26 pitches. Mickey Moniak's two-run homer in the seventh was the last run anyone scored, and Houston finished with three hits.
