Yordan Alvarez hit a double at 114.2 mph off the bat — the hardest contact in the game — and it scored two to turn a 3-1 deficit into a one-run game, and the inning still wasn't over. Five consecutive Astros reached after Alvarez, and Michael Lorenzen left with two outs in the third having thrown 71 pitches and allowed seven runs, only two earned. Colorado scored three more runs after the second and never tied it. Enyel De Los Santos struck out the only man he faced, on five pitches, to end it.
