Tyler Glasnow gave Colorado two hits over seven innings and struck out seven, and the only run against him came on a Troy Johnston groundout in the fourth. Max Muncy's fifth home run of the season in the second and his sixth in the fifth were both solo shots, and between them he doubled for the first time this year — a sharp liner to right that scored Will Smith. Tomoyuki Sugano was charged with five earned runs in four innings at Coors Field. Colorado's two hits were both off Glasnow, and they did not reach base against Jack Dreyer in the final two innings.
