Nick Kurtz singled in the first and scored on Tyler Soderstrom's double, and the Athletics led from there. The lead changed three times — Josh Naylor's sacrifice fly tied it in the third for Seattle, Cal Raleigh's fourth home run tied it again in the fifth — but Jacob Wilson's double in the sixth scored Soderstrom and put the Athletics ahead for good. Shea Langeliers hit his eighth in the seventh, and Wilson added another RBI single in the ninth. Luis Castillo struck out six in five innings and left with the game tied. Eduard Bazardo took the loss on two hits and one earned. Jacob Lopez gave up seven hits but held Seattle to two runs in five and a third.
