A grand slam on an 0-2 fastball in the third, a three-run homer in the seventh — Luke Raley drove in seven, and Chicago never caught him. Colson Montgomery's three-run double in the third had briefly tied things at four, but Seattle kept scoring. Raley's grand slam left the bat at 113.4 mph, the hardest contact of the night. Sean Burke took the loss at 4.1 innings and six earned runs.
