Four lead changes in ten innings, and the last one belonged to Chicago because Ryan Rolison threw two pitches and took the loss. Tyler Davis walked three in the tenth and still won — the Cubs left 12 on base, and that is the number that follows this game home. Tristan Peters' first home run of the year was a three-run shot in the eighth that gave the Sox a lead they could not keep, and Michael Conforto answered in the ninth with a three-run homer at 414 feet. Chicago scored twice in the tenth to win it. Edgar Quero caught all ten innings and had the RBI single in the second that tied it.
