Justin Wrobleski struck out nine without a walk and gave up one hit in seven innings — Kyle Schwarber's 22nd home run, 411 feet to center. The Dodgers hit four solo homers off Zack Wheeler: Freeman, Muncy, Ohtani, Smith, each adding one run. Will Smith's 104.6 mph shot to right center in the fifth was the last. Philadelphia managed three hits and two runs, and Tim Mayza's two scoreless innings of relief kept the margin at two. Tanner Scott needed fifteen pitches — eleven strikes — to end it. Zack Wheeler threw six innings, struck out four, and took the loss because four baseballs left the yard against him.
