Taylor Ward's ninth double of the season, a sharp line drive to center in the ninth, gave Baltimore its final margin. Kyle Bradish struck out seven in five innings and the White Sox left ten on base, which is the number that explains how a team with seven hits kept the game close without ever catching it. Dylan Beavers' sacrifice fly to right in the sixth scored Tyler O'Neill and put the Orioles ahead for good. Lucas Sims faced four batters in the sixth, gave up two hits, and took the loss.
