Edwin Díaz took a 7-4 lead into the ninth and surrendered three runs on four hits, and the Dodgers still won because they batted last. Evan Carter's two-run homer tied it, and Los Angeles answered in the bottom of the frame. Andy Pages drove in four — a sixth-inning double and an eighth-inning homer — and Max Muncy went deep twice, the second a 399-foot shot to left center. Tyler Glasnow threw 100 pitches across six innings, struck out seven, and left with a one-run lead. The Rangers scored three in the ninth to erase the deficit and still lost, because the Dodgers still had an at-bat coming.
