The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Kyle Freeland did not face a batter — zero innings, zero pitches — and the Rockies used six pitchers to cover the game. Jimmy Herget took the loss, and Chase Dollander gave up a run, and Valente Bellozo threw 90 pitches in four and a third and gave up five earned. Ty France hit his first home run of the season in the fourth on an 84.8 mph cutter, 427 feet, and Brett Sullivan doubled in two in the fifth on an 0-2 sweeper at 82.5 mph. Nick Pivetta threw three innings in relief, allowed no hits, and struck out four. Ramón Laureano's two-run homer in the sixth left at 107.3 mph, and Jackson Merrill added one in the seventh. Colorado had two hits and did not score after the fifth.
