The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Cole Ragans threw 97 pitches in four and a third innings, walked eight, and allowed seven earned runs — a line that defies the six strikeouts sitting next to it. Aaron Judge hit his ninth home run of the year in the first, a 425-foot fly to center, and Trent Grisham's three-run shot in the fifth made it academic. Ryan Weathers took the shutout into the eighth, giving up five hits and striking out eight over seven and a third. Bobby Witt Jr. squared up a 113.8 mph double in the sixth, and Kansas City still could not push a run across.
