Sal Stewart's home run left at 109.7 mph and traveled 441 feet, and P.J. Higgins had two RBI singles — one off Nola in the second, one in the fourth — in a night where the Reds collected fifteen hits. Nola gave up four earned over five, and the Phillies' bullpen was worse: Alvarado allowed two earned in the ninth on a team that was already behind by five. Cincinnati committed two errors and still won by five.
