Abrams lined a triple into right field in the 10th and scored two, and for a few minutes Washington had the kind of inning that finishes a game. It didn't, because Ribalta walked two and Tromp and Dubón matched the runs in the bottom half. Then in the 11th, Tromp — who had already tied it once — lined a single to center off Schultz to score Eli White. Atlanta left 9 on base and still won, which is what happens when the other side leaves 8.
