Christian Walker's three-run homer in the tenth — his 19th, a fly ball to left off Kenley Jansen — decided it. Jansen faced six hitters in 1.1 innings, gave up four runs, and took the loss. Raynel Delgado's first home run of the season had tied it in the seventh on a 78.3 mph sweeper. Isaac Paredes put Houston ahead with a solo shot in the eighth. Spencer Torkelson's two-run homer in the bottom of the tenth came too late to matter. Jack Flaherty struck out nine over five innings of two-hit ball and left with a 2-0 lead. He got no decision. The bullpen gave back his lead in the seventh and lost the game in the tenth.
