Cristopher Sánchez handed out five walks and still threw six shutout innings, because he struck out eleven and gave up two hits. Shane Baz matched him for six frames — one run, four strikeouts, 99 pitches — before the Orioles' bullpen gave way. Bryan De La Cruz's 109.2 mph single in the fifth had given Philadelphia their first run, and Justin Crawford's two-run single in the eighth, a 106 mph grounder that found right field, put it away. The Orioles managed three hits and left eight on base.

A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
