Pete Crow-Armstrong hit his 25th and 26th home runs of the season, doubled, drove in four, and scored three times. The Cubs needed all of it. Shota Imanaga gave Chicago five innings with one earned run and six strikeouts, and the bullpen nearly gave back a 7-3 lead. Caleb Thielbar faced five hitters in the 8th, gave up four hits and four earned runs, and recorded no outs — the inning that turned a comfortable win into a save situation. Max Muncy's three-run homer in the 8th came off Ryan Zeferjahn and made it 7-6, but Jacob Webb needed eleven pitches to close the 9th. Eric Lauer took the loss: four innings, eleven hits, six earned. The Dodgers had fourteen hits and lost by one.

The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
