The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Arizona left fifteen men on base. Yamamoto walked three in five and two-thirds and gave up nothing, Pfaadt gave up two hits across seven and gave up nothing, and the game was scoreless until the eighth because neither side could finish. Kyle Tucker homered to right in the eighth, Corbin Carroll tied it with a triple in the ninth, and Shohei Ohtani ended it with a groundball single to first in the tenth on a 1-2 sweeper at 88.6 mph. Arizona put seven hits on the card and turned one of them into a run.
