Ten innings, and the Orioles needed every one of them. Brandon Young gave Baltimore seven innings of one-run baseball on 91 pitches, and the Orioles still needed extras because they left nine on base and could not add to Dylan Beavers's second-inning single. Coby Mayo lined a 94.7 mph fastball to right in the tenth for the go-ahead run, Encarnacion-Strand followed with another single, and then Zack Gelof answered for the Athletics. Alex Hoppe gave up Gelof's hit but finished the inning, and the Orioles won a game that came down to the last at-bat.

The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
