Gilbert's 2-run shot to center in the top of the 10th gave San Francisco its lead, and when St. Louis answered with Saggese's sacrifice fly to the same spot, Gilbert was the one who tracked it down. Anthony Molina struck out 6 over 5 and 2/3 innings of two-hit ball and left with a one-run lead. The Cardinals stranded 10, a number that weighs more when the final margin is one.
