Three home runs in the first four innings gave Chris Sale all the room he needed. Ozzie Albies went deep in the first, Drake Baldwin at 110.2 mph in the third, and Michael Harris II with a two-run line drive in the fourth — all off Cole Ragans, who threw 90 pitches in four innings, walked four, and left trailing 4-0. Sale gave up three hits in six, struck out six, and Kansas City did not score. Mauricio Dubón's two-run double in the seventh stretched the lead to six, and the Royals' five hits produced nothing across nine innings.
