The lead changed hands three times, all of it packed into the first five innings, and the swing was Pittsburgh's three-run fifth — Bryan Reynolds singling home two on a ground ball through the left side after Nick Gonzales had tied it. Shane McClanahan threw 90 pitches in four and a third, and the four earned runs were the difference once Mitch Keller settled in for seven innings of two-run ball. Nick Yorke's first home run of the year padded the lead in the eighth, and Junior Caminero's fifth of the season in the ninth only made the card look closer. Tampa Bay managed six hits and committed the game's only error.
