The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. Munetaka Murakami's home run in the second inning was his thirteenth of the season, a three-run shot to right-center at 111.1 mph that turned a close game into a route. The White Sox scored five in that inning and never looked back. Noah Schultz threw six shutout innings — two hits, three walks, two strikeouts, 87 pitches — and the Padres did not score until the eighth, when the game was already decided. Germán Márquez took the loss: five innings, seven earned runs, five walks. Colson Montgomery added a solo home run in the fifth. San Diego got two in the eighth on singles from Miguel Andujar and Manny Machado, but Osvaldo Bido had already given up the lead. Fernando Tatis Jr. tripled for the first time this year in the loss. It did not change anything.
