diamond fills = run scored
the out it made (1, 2, or 3), in that runner’s box
2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him
one dot per run driven in (RBI)

A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Three lead changes, all decided by one swing each. Drew Romo homered in the third on a first-pitch fastball. Miguel Andujar and Manny Machado went back-to-back in the fourth — Andujar on a 1-2 sinker, Machado on a 1-1 cutter. Derek Hill's two-run homer in the seventh, on an 0-2 fastball at 98.8 mph, gave Chicago a 3-2 lead that lasted exactly one inning. Adrian Morejon gave up both runs. Then Bogaerts hit a soft grounder to third that scored Ramon Laureano, and that was it. Mason Miller came in for the ninth and struck out three on fifteen pitches. Anthony Kay pitched five innings for Chicago and left with the game tied.
