Three consecutive extra innings produced matching runs — 2-2 in the eleventh, 1-1 in the twelfth — until Baltimore scored four in the thirteenth and Tampa Bay's two were not enough. Victor Mesa Jr. hit the first home run of his season in the eleventh, a two-run shot that felt like it might end things. It did not. The Rays committed four errors and left nine on base across a night that kept asking for one more pitcher. Dietrich Enns gave up two runs in his one inning and still got the win, because the Orioles scored four underneath him.
